These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.smilestore.cc, our AI-powered toy products, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms are a binding legal agreement between you and AIR OCEAN EXPRESS CO., LIMITED.(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on our Site. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
Child Users: For children under 13, a parent or legal guardian must create the account and provide verifiable parental consent in accordance with our Privacy Policy and COPPA requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. AI Toy Usage and Content
Prohibited Content: You and any child under your supervision may not use our AI toys to generate or transmit content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to content that encourages violence, self-harm, child exploitation, or illegal activities.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI software; (ii) interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services; (iii) use our Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose; (iv) attempt to bypass any security measures or content filters.
Parental Supervision: For child users, we strongly recommend that parents or guardians supervise their children’s interactions with our AI toys and review conversation logs periodically (where available).
A parent or legal guardian must supervise any child‘s use of EXQULIFE AI toys. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child uses the product in accordance with the instructions and safety guidelines. EXQULIFE AI toys are not intended for unsupervised use by children under the age of 3 due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small parts. Not for children under 3 years. Adult supervision recommended. Do not expose the product to water or extreme temperatures. Use only the provided charging cable and adapter. If the product becomes hot or emits smoke, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and AI models, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our Services without our express written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our Services.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
