We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Smile AI toy products purchased directly from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date;
The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included;
The product must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or damage caused by the customer;
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been damaged due to misuse, accident, or alteration;
Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date;
Products missing original packaging or accessories;
Digital downloads or software licenses (unless defective);

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or wrong item shipped).
6. Defective or Damaged Products

7. Subscription and Digital Service Refunds
For subscriptions or digital services (such as AI feature subscriptions), please refer to our Subscription and Recurring Payment Policy. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable for the period already used.
